Complete Application Form

Submit Required Documents
Provide the necessary documentation to complete your child's application process and comply with regulatory requirements.

- Child's birth certificate (original for verification and photocopy)

- Four passport-sized photographs of the child
- Parents' ID proof (Aadhar card/PAN card/passport)

Informal Assessment
For children aged 3 and above, we conduct a casual, play-based interaction session to understand your child's developmental stage and learning style.

- Play-based session lasting 30-45 minutes
- Conducted by experienced early childhood educators
- Focuses on observing social, emotional, and basic cognitive skills
- Relaxed environment to ensure your child feels comfortable
- Parents are welcome to be present during the session
Admission Confirmation
Upon successful completion of all steps, you'll receive an admission confirmation for your child to join the Tappy Toes family.

When should I apply for admission?
We recommend applying at least 3-6 months before your desired start date. For our regular academic year beginning in June, applications open in November of the previous year.
Is there an age cut-off for admissions?
Yes, children must meet the minimum age requirement by May 31st of the academic year. For Playgroup, the child must be 2 years old, for Nursery 3 years old, and so on.
Do you offer mid-year admissions?
Yes, we offer mid-year admissions based on seat availability. Please contact our admissions office to inquire about current openings in specific programs.
What is your refund policy?
The registration fee is non-refundable. For term fees, a 50% refund is available if withdrawal occurs before the term begins. No refunds are provided after the term has started.
Do you have a waitlist for programs?
Yes, popular programs may have a waitlist. When a spot becomes available, waitlisted applicants are contacted in order of application date.
